Dental Insurance & Plans
We will do our best to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. If you belong to a traditional insurance plan we can assist you by filing your insurance claim so you don’t have to.
Our practice belongs to Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Ameritas, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, Metlife and Principal. We also accept Delta Dental Premier.
We will process your insurance claims but cannot guarantee coverage or benefits. While we will attempt to estimate your dental benefits to the best of our ability, this is an estimate ONLY, and should not be considered a final payment. All estimated co-payments will be due at time of service.
If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid we will bill you. Please understand that insurance companies do NOT cover all dental services.
Affordable Financing
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. We provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule based on the length of their treatment. Typically payment schedules last up to three months
